Shipping Information

Due to Gotrekker Maps location, which is 80 kilometers from the nearest post office, orders are shipped on a biweekly basis on Tuesday's and Friday's (March-September) and every five days (October-February).

You will have the option to upgrade to faster shipping and shipping methods with tracking during checkout.

Shipping methods with tracking will automatically have your order's email attached for you to follow along on its journey to you.

      Canada

  • Letter mail/postage mail: 5-10 Business Days (No Tracking Available)
  • Expedited Parcel: 3 to 7 Business Days
  • Xpresspost: 3-5 Business Days
  • Priority Post: 2-4 Business Days

       USA

  • Letter mail/ postage mail: 10 to 15 Business Days (No Tracking Available)
  • Small Packet - USA Air: 10-15 Business Days (No Tracking Available)
  • Expedited parcel USA 10 to 13 Business Days
  • Xpresspost USA 3 to 5 Business Days

       International

  • Lettermail International/ postage mail: 3-8 weeks (No Tracking Available)
  • Small Packet - International Air: 3-5 weeks (No Tracking Available)
  • Tracked Packet - International: 3-4 weeks
  • Xpresspost International: 7 to 12 Business Days

 

Returns:

If the customer is dissatisfied with the product, returns can be made to the GoTrekkers shipping address:

Return shipping costs will not be covered by GoTrekkers. You are required to contact GoTrekkers via email before you send your return. 

 

Lost or Damaged Orders:

GoTrekkers is not responsible for orders lost by Canada Post or the international postal system. Once a parcel/order is deemed lost by GoTrekkers or the customer, the customer must pay for the order and shipping fee. This is dealt with on a case by case basis.  

 

Incorrect Addresses:

 GoTrekkers takes care in entering the shipping address as provided by the customer. We are not responsible for incorrectly provided shipping addresses. Once a order has been shipped to an incorrect address, the customer must either wait for the items to be returned or pay for a new order and/or a reshipping fee.
