Hello the camp is a phrase traditionally hollered out to alert the bush camp of your approach, so as not to statle the occupants. Ingi uses the phrase to address all his corresponsence, perhaps so as not to startle the government organizations and others that he's dealing with. This book contains a letter to the prime minister, letters to natural resources regarding the new rules on hunting licences and on boat safety, a letter to the RCMP training academy, several introspective letters to God, and of course another letter to his pen pals at Revenue Canada. He expounds on Medi-care versus Medi-business, thoughts on technology, that every age has its challenges, and tells us of his latest building venture which is recession.
